Consultations, Site Visits, and Preliminary Services

All fees associated with consultations, site visits, assessments, design previews, or pre-construction meetings are non-refundable. These services require dedicated time, travel, scheduling, and professional expertise, and are considered earned upon delivery.

Construction & Rehab Projects

Refunds for construction and rehabilitation services are not guaranteed and are strictly governed by the terms outlined in your individual project contract. This includes:

Project scope and timeline
Payment schedules and milestone releases
Change orders or work revisions
Conditions for termination or breach

Clients are strongly encouraged to review all contractual terms prior to signing. Once work has commenced and materials have been ordered or delivered, partial or full refunds are generally not permitted except as specified by the contract.

Dispute Resolution

In the rare case of a dispute, CVG will follow the resolution procedures stated in the signed agreement. We are committed to fairness and professionalism in all business dealings and will work collaboratively to find a solution within the agreed-upon framework.
