Founder

Jarred Barfield

Jarred Barfield is a multidisciplinary real estate and construction professional with over a decade of experience delivering results across residential development, lending, and advisory services. With a proven track record of executing loan originations, flipping homes, managing ground-up construction, and advising on property strategy, Jarred has successfully completed more than 10 real estate projects, including new construction homes in high-demand Texas markets.

Prior to founding and leading his development ventures, Jarred spent close to 15 years in financial operations and regulatory compliance at top-tier institutions such as USAA, Citigroup, Synapse Technologies, and Solid Financial Technologies. There, he honed his expertise in risk management, regulatory due diligence, and process execution — skills he now applies to construction budgeting, permitting, and project oversight.

Jarred holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and certifications from Harvard in machine learning, data modeling, and visualization. His approach to real estate is equal parts data-driven and design-conscious, ensuring each project is not only financially sound but functionally and aesthetically tailored for long-term value.

Ilva Vanessa Santisteban is a driven and experienced real estate professional who brings a rare combination of corporate sales expertise and hands-on construction leadership to every project she undertakes. As the owner of a successful foundation company and general contracting firm for the past 6 years, Vanessa has overseen the full lifecycle of residential builds — from structural groundwork to final delivery — with a focus on quality, accountability, and efficiency.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Vanessa served as an Integrated Solutions Manager at AT&T, where she specialized in client engagement, cross-functional coordination, and performance-driven operations. Her background in strategic sales, CRM management, and customer experience gives her an edge in real estate development, allowing her to translate complex projects into seamless processes that exceed client and investor expectations.

At CVG Construction, Vanessa leverages her foundation and GC expertise to manage budgets, trades, and permitting with confidence — while always keeping the homeowner or investor relationship at the forefront. Her proactive approach and data-informed decision-making make her an invaluable asset on both ground-up builds and renovation projects.
